Provide a description for the unchecky_svc.exe in services.msc

Currently the installed service has a blank description. I have set the following registry key to provide a description matching the tone of other service descriptions.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Unchecky\DisplayName

"Keeps your checkboxes clear. Unchecky aims to keep potentially unwanted programs out of your computer."

Registry string redirection should probably be used if internationalization support is a priority. See here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/dd374120(v=vs.85).aspx

DisplayName would also more accurately be set to "Unchecky Service"
