windows doesn't allow Unchecky to start when the computer starts.

Anonymous 8 years ago updated by Unchecky 8 years ago 4

I put unchecky in the startup folder. Now windows says it doesn't recognize the program so I have to allow it to start each time. I like the program so I hope you can fix this. There isn't any thing I can do to fix this.

You don't have to put Unchecky into the startup folder manually. The service should automatically start when Windows starts. If it doesn't, please try to uninstall and then re-install Unchecky. Let us know if you're still having issues.

Not me. Every time I restart the computer there is a warning saying that an unsafe program is trying to start. Do you want to remove the program or remove it from startup or run the program. When I select run it shows unchecky. I click on it and it starts then windows asks if I want to run the program. I click ok and it runs. Most of the time when it starts it says it is suspended and i have to click resume. Then it starts. It used to start with windows.

What antivirus program do you use?

Avast. I found a way to get it to run by going into program scheduler but it still says the program is suspended. so I click resume and it says program is active. then it is good until I restart the computer.
