We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience with unchecky.
Unchecky can be removed from the control panel: select "add remove programs".
If this fails, then please use the cleaner tool we provide on the website http://unchecky.com/files/unchecky_cleaner.exe

An MSI installer is not planned for now, sorry.
Note that you can use silent installation with command line parameters.
