I couldn't reproduce it, I don't get this suggestion. But from my experience, this offer could be blocked by one of the hosts file rules. Do you have it enabled?

Yeah....looks like it is fixed now.
I don't get that window on my desktop PC.
But I did before...that screenshot is from my notebook with Unchecky 0.2.10 installed.
