The problem was resolved in Unchecky v1.0.3.

Go to Services then enable the service. The Win 10 update disables it.

Still dies.

Thank you for the report. We were able to identify the cause of the crash. It will be fixed in the next version of Unchecky.

Very cool.  Thank you.  I love unchecky and was missing it.

One addition, I found it only faults when I run system monitor from http://www.moo0.com/.  I like that program and I was running it at startup.  It seems to cause other programs to fault also.  I believe I'll stop using the system monitor program.
