It comes as microsoft update with windows 8.1

It is Skype for Windows Desktop 7.0 (KB2876229)

The first screenshot show: Install click-and-call with Skype
The second shows: Install bing as my search machine
and: Make MSN my start page

French version

Same here ...

Skype 7.23 for windows. No action taken for Bing, MSN and such.

CCleaner 5.22 for WIndows. No action Taken for Chrome

In addition: DivX 10.6 for WIndows. No action taken for "PC Speed Maximizer"
