Please include support for CutePDF Writer.
There must have been 3 extra's worth unchecking in its installer.

Still does not work on current CutePDF installer

Yup, same here.  CutePDF tried to hijack my search engine preferecnes and install some sort of plugin for ask.com.  http://www.cutepdf.com/download/CuteWriter.exe
