Does Unchecky use logs.isrtb.com?

Anonyme il y a 9 ans mis à jour il y a 8 ans 4
Apologies if this is a duplicate but a search didn't turn up anything similar.

My DNS logs showed significant lookups to logs.isrtb.com and ultimately I correlated it svchost.exe activity that seems tied to Unchecky. I've blocked the lookup for the time being, and I'm wondering if this is indeed Unchecky doing updates, tracking installations or something else?

There isn't much on Google about the isrtb.com domain to go buy, and the association with RTB is a type of advertising so it appears at first glance to be ad-related, but after tracking it to Unchecky I'm wondering if clarification can be provided.

This domain name is used by Unchecky to collect anonymous statistics, such as error reporting and detection rate, which allows us to improve the product. The data is collected according to the Privacy Policy, and private data, such as the IP address, is not kept in the database.

The network activity is not associated in any way with advertising. That would be quite ironic, as Unchecky was designed to prevent adware and PUPs in the first place.

I hope that I've cleared up the situation. If you have further questions, feel free to leave a reply or contact us.
I see the same hostname has in the past also reverse resolved to ib-unchecky-logs-1747615153.us-east-1.elb.amazonaws.com so the tentative answer here is yes.

The only problem is that most of this virus protection immediately disable the BitDefender like me
