Unchecky version: 0.2.10 beta.
Skype version: 6.14.0.104. Full/offline installer for Windows desktop:

I'm including screenshots for both Bing and Click-to-call bundles since I'd like the latter to get unchecked as well, but I would understand if you consider Click-to-call to be part of the product or something.

OS is Win7 Pro 64-bit with Norwegian locale (nb_NO).
