I downloaded the installer from here:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/aresgalaxy/

but didn't get any offer.

Could you provide a direct link for the installer you were using?

Also, could you provide your location (country)? Sometimes, offers are displayed only for specific locations, based on the IP address.
