unchecky_setup.exe -install -path default -label off

С версии 0.2.11 можно не указывать путь, и Unchecky будет устанавливаться в папку по умолчанию. Т.е.:
unchecky_setup.exe -install

Для этого есть ключ: -no_desktop_shortcut

I couldn't reproduce it, I don't get this suggestion. But from my experience, this offer could be blocked by one of the hosts file rules. Do you have it enabled?

A portable version is not planned.
Unchecky integrates into the system by installing a service, modifying the hosts file, and more. How do you expect a portable version to work? The best that can be done is installing Unchecky temporarily, and then removing it. Well, you can do that yourself.
