I'm not sure I understand what you mean. An animated screenshot of AIMP is attached below. Going back and forward again keeps the checkboxes unchecked.

Blocking browser ads and helping with slowdown are not part of the goals of Unchecky, sorry. You might want to check out some of the more complete HOSTS block lists, like this one: http://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts.htm
