New Adware Blocking Unchecky Download
Just a quick note to say I found an Adware at work today which blocked Uncheckys download link on the unchecky.com website. It placed a fake download banner over the download button and scrolled with the page. First time Ive seen anything like that.
A slight change to the Unchecky.com site should get around this. If I can get a copy of the adware i'll let you know.

It sounds like you were a victim of a variant of an ad injection. Unfortunately, there's not much that we can do with the website of Unchecky to avoid that.
Let us know if you get access to a copy of the adware, so we'll take a look.

Installez et oubliez. Unchecky se met à jour automatiquement dès qu'une nouvelle version est disponible, donc pas la peine de vous demander si vous possédez la dernière version.Mais cela n'a pas été le cas pour la mise à jour vers la v 0.3.1 tant sur W7 que sur W8.1

The auto-updating mechanism was improved in newer Unchecky versions, and the issue was probably fixed. If you still experiencing problems, please leave a reply or create a new topic.

Пользуюсь Avira антивирусом . При установке Unchecky Avira блокирует запись в hostsfile. Отключил Aviru, установил Unchecky, но при каждом старте ПК Avira блокирует записи Unchecky в hostsfile. Вопрос: как избавиться от всплывающих предупреждений?

We couldn't reproduce the false positive on our machine.
Perhaps it was fixed in a newer version of Unchecky.
