второе окно открывается, если нажать правой кнопкой мыши на значке в трее и там выбрать единственный пункт "Unchecky"

При включении ноутбука Unchecky оказывается отключенным и приходится его включать вручную
Попробуйте удалить и заново установить программу. Возможно, каким-то
образом сервис программы Unchecky перешел в режим ручного включения.
