У нас не получилось воспроизвести проблему. В наших тестах, была задержка в несколько секунд при открытии ссылки, как с программой Unchecky, так и без нее.
Возможно, дело в одном из дополнений для Firefox.

windows doesn't allow Unchecky to start when the computer starts.
I put unchecky in the startup folder. Now windows says it doesn't recognize the program so I have to allow it to start each time. I like the program so I hope you can fix this. There isn't any thing I can do to fix this.
You don't have to put Unchecky into the startup folder manually. The service should automatically start when Windows starts. If it doesn't, please try to uninstall and then re-install Unchecky. Let us know if you're still having issues.

false positive - Aslain Mod pack installer for World of Warships
Aslain make a mod pack for the World of Warship [WoWS] game. (Aslain WoWS mod pack download from http://aslain.com/index.php?/forum/28-downloads/)
The recommended and default install option is "clean install", but Unchecky blocks that and chooses "normal install". "normal install" is recommend for advanced users and can problems with the game.
To the best of my knowledge there should be no reason for Unchecky to block the default selection of "clean install".
If possible, can you check the Aslain WoWS mod pack installer and if there is no problem with it, change Unchecky to allow the default "clean install" option.

Comodo Internet Security Premium Update Tick Box
On updating Comodo Internet Security Premium there is a tick box to change ALL browsers start pages to Yahoo. This needs to be added as it is VERY easy for someone to miss this and have to force their browser to use the search engine they wnt.
Partial support was added in Unchecky v1.0.2. More work on this is planned for the next version of Unchecky.
