You haven't provided much feedback, but it looks like you don't like the fact that Unchecky is constantly running. Even though it's true, it's a very lightweight program, and shouldn't affect overall system performance. If it wouldn't be constantly running, it wouldn't be available in the times when you need it, unless you remember to run it explicitly.
There are no plans to change this behavior in the near future.

Как откатиться на предыдущю версию программы?

В связи с тем, что крайняя версия сабжа создаёт проблемы в моей системе, хотел бы откатиться на предыдущую версию! Как это можно сделать, по возможности, без удаления сабжа!

Такой возможности, к сожалению, нет, но проблема с прозрачными окнами была исправлена в версии v0.3.9.

на сайте devid.info на главной странице есть devid agent

при установке - unchecky его не знает - галочки не снимает
