Unchecky just saw Mailwasher Pro update as PUP. Mailwasher 7.12.53. I updated from within the program. Their site is https://www.firetrust.com/products/mailwasher-pro. Mailwasher is legit, a program of Firetrust in Australia or New Zealand, and has been around for a long time (I've been using it since 2008). I don't recall Unchecky throwing up an error message on it before.

I am installing PromptPal (from Technology Lighthouse Software), the Unchecky Service is active and running, but the checkbox in the PromptPal's Installer for the extra "Tail" optional software is checked!

Would you please check?

P.S.: This is my 2nd report of Unchecky apparently not performing as expected - regretfully, my 1st report, some two weeks old, is still awaiting reply. Your attention to these matters will be really appreciated.

Dear Sirs,

Further to PC-Mag's suggestions, I installed yesterday your highly praised UnChecky utility.

Today, I updated the nVidia video-card drivers from a downloaded copy of the Installer, while having your utility actively running in the background.

To my surprise, at the point during the installation sequence at which I was supposed to select which drivers to actually update, ALL checkboxes were CHECKED (which, incidentally, was what I would have selected myself)!

Again, no harm was done, but was UnChecky not supposed to actually UNCHECK all checkboxes and have me check them as needed & requested?

Your insight on the matter will be much appreciated.
