Update: closing, as I have nothing to do with it without having a link to the installer.

Screenshot doesn't seem to be related to Softkumir.ru. I need a link for the software to make Unchecky support it.

Unchecky does not automatically uncheck or warn you about Bing Maps 3D Installer changing your homepage and default search engine.

You can open your hosts file and see.
Unchecky uses the host file to block advertising software modules, such as OpenCandy.
