Unchecky is designed to prevent installation of potentially unwanted programs by default. I don't see what your suggestion has to do with this goal.

The installer doesn't seem to work anymore, probably because 3.3.5.0 is no longer the latest version of the program.

То, что на скриншоте - OpenCandy. Оно должно блокироваться с помощью hosts файла.
Почему у вас оно не блокируется, я не знаю.
Проверьте ваш hosts файл, там присутствуют правила программы Unchecky?

Не снимаются галочки eMule 0.60
Не снимаются галочки eMule 0.60, но вылезает сообщение в трее, что они сняты

Сейчас на http://www.emule.com/ другой установщик, но тот, что на скриншоте, скорее всего поддерживается последней версией Unchecky - мы добавили поддержку подобным установщикам.
